Indescribable. Ha!

Tell us about what inspired Discovering Stella:
My desperate need to create a literary jigsaw puzzle. I wanted to keep my readers guessing until the very end by meticulously handing them pieces of the puzzle that is Stella. I also wanted to evoke as many emotions as possible. I wanted them to laugh, cry, swoon, sweat, and curse.

What are you reading right now?
Unfortunately, I’m suffering from an eye condition, which is restricting my reading time. That said, I am very slowly turning the pages of Be My December by Rachel Brookes.

Number one thing to do on your bucket list?
Buy a mustang.

Best thing about being an Aussie?
Our freedom of choice. No question.

What you want readers to know about the romance genre?
That it’s vast and doesn’t conform to the typical stereotype that it’s given. Romance is fun, beautiful, sad, happy, steamy, and at times … aggravating. It’s nice little literary mixed bag of lollies.

What have you got in store for your readers in 2016?
A few things, actually. My final Temptation series novel, Commitment. The second novel in my self-published Wild Nights series, Reveal. And a new standalone, a love story, titled Unspoken Words.

What were your big achievements of 2015?
Travelling to the US and Canada for three book signings, together with publishing two novels and a short story. Oh, and receiving a Ruby nomination for Attraction. That was a huge honour.
