  1. Fantastic new Author Amazing book a must read

  2. What books are you considering? Books published this year? Last year? Any?

    • Hi, we’re looking specifically for books published and released in 2014. Any sub-genre of romance will be accepted.

      • I know you’ve got to cut the dates off somewhere but 2014 makes it a bit rough for writers who’s books come out in November and December each year. 2013 releases won’t qualify and 2014 releases only out after the voting finishes.

      • Thanks for taking the time to offer your feedback, Shaun and fair point regarding eligibility/timing of releases. I’ve amended the terms of the Awards to allow eligibility for all books/authors from 1st Nov 2013 – 31 Oct 2014. This will enable a 12 month eligibility period. Again thank you for your feedback.

Love the outback romance books they are becoming so popular i think because our men of today lack that masculinity. I for one like a mans man i feel like they can take care of me and keep me safe from harm.

    • I have to agree with you there, Leigh. I think at the heart of all romance is that feeling that you’re being taken care of and boy do our Aussie authors know how to make memorable men! Look forward to your nominations, J’aimee x

Do we need to upload any files to enter the competition? And if so, how?

Sounds like a strange request but does someone need to nominate our books or can we nominate our own?

Can we find out who the nominees are? I can’t find it anywhere on the website.

    • Hi Tima, nominees will be announced on November 1st when the public voting opens. At present, any Aussie author who fits the T&C can be nominated. Hope this helps, J’aimee 🙂
