AUSSIE MONTH: Bianca Sarble

AUSSIE MONTH with Bianca Sarble

Describe yourself in one word:
Inquisitive

What is your background with regard to writing?
I’ve always loved reading – I’m the person who’d read the fifteen year old Reader’s Digest in the waiting room! When I saw a writing competition from Decadent Publishing I was intrigued. I let my imagination run wild for a couple of days before sitting down and writing my first word. I not only came second in the competition, I was offered a contract from Decadent and Full Bloom was my first published work.

Tell us about Flavour of the Month:
This is a bite sized romance, set in Sydney, that combines both my love of baked goods and happy ever after. My gorgeous cover was done by another Aussie – Willsin Rowe.

What inspired this novel?
I’m part of a fabulous writers group on Facebook and a bunch of us came up with the idea for food related romances. We originally put them together in anthologies, but have since released them as separate titles.

What are you reading right now?
I just finished reading Undesired Lust from Eden Summers (it was totally awesome by the way!)

Number one thing to do on your bucket list?
Appear on the Today Show’s blooper reel with Karl Stefanovic.

Best thing about being an Aussie?
I could say the food or the weather, but I’d have to say being included in the ‘our’ when the media says ‘our Hemsworth brothers’.

What you want readers to know about the romance genre?
That it’s awesome. No matter what you like to read, or what floats your boat in your personal romance, there is always something for everyone. From purple prose to red rooms of pain, we’ve got you covered.

What have you got in store for your readers in 2015?
A few laughs. Lots of hot sex. Inappropriate meme wars with Eden Summers.

What were your big achievements of 2014?
I self-published for the first time.

When Cate Gallagher thinks her day can’t get any worse, Patrick Garrett comes along to prove her wrong. The sexy stranger awakens her long forgotten libido but she knows from past experiences his type is best avoided at all costs.

Patrick is sure the chemistry between them will set the sheets on fire, if only she would give him a chance. He hatches a seduction plan to show her exactly how right they could be.

But getting the girl isn’t the only obstacle to their Happy Ever After. Misunderstandings and assumptions bring their heat level to boiling point and threaten to scorch their love.

Can Cate overcome her past and let Patrick show her she’s not just the Flavour Of The Month?
