Build Us Your Ideal Story with Faye Hall

With only $10 to spend on my new release Avarice & Charity, this was my first purchase:-

$4 for Sweep-you-off-your-feet first meeting, because that is exactly what happened what happened between the hero Avarice and the heroine Charity.

“I must say you really are an enigma, Miss Charity.”

Her drink arriving, she nodded her thanks to the bartender before turning to look at the man beside her, his blue eyes staring at her. When she’d been called to attend to his injured hand, she immediately noticed how handsome he was. Sitting there beside him now, her gaze drifting over his moderately curly, light brown hair and lightly tanned skin, she felt her breath catch in her throat. Avarice, dressed in blue denim jeans and a white cotton shirt, could have his choice of any woman in the building, yet there he was talking to her.

The next $2 I spent was for A take-charge hero, something Avarice has to be when the lady he loves comes under threat.

“Sshh,” he tried to calm her, his hand coming up to brush her hair away from her face. “He’s gone now.”

“W-what if he comes back?” she stammered.

“He won’t. I’m staying with you until this debacle has settled down and I can be sure you’re safe.”

She lifted her head and looked up at him. “I can’t expect you to do that. You have a life of your own, businesses to run.”

“But none of them mean anything if I must abandon you in your greatest time of need.”

I spent $2 for Sweet, sensual lovemaking as no matter the hurdles thrown before them, Avarice can’t resist Charity and longs to show her just how much he desires her.

“I’ve bedded numerous women, yet I couldn’t tell you what any of them wore the first time we met, nor what they smelled like,” he confessed. “But I can remember everything about you, Charity.”

“But why me? You could have any woman you want.”

He reached out for her, his hand cupping her cheek. “Because I want you more than any money or property. I fell in love with you, and that scares me to death.”

He kissed her then, fully expecting to be slapped for his advances, still he couldn’t stop himself. He needed to feel her. He needed to taste her. Feeling her hands on his chest, he expected her to push him away, but she didn’t.

So finally I was left with $2 which I though perfectly fit into the purchase of A surprise, unexpected ending because…well…you’ll just have to read the book to find out my reason why.

Avarice & Charity is Book 3 of the Sins of the Virtuous series.  It is a passionate, heart-warming tale of a man, Avarice, who learns the beautiful Irish beauty, Charity, is far more important to him than his father’s money and he will do anything to protect her from the greed driven man hunting her.

Would you protect the one you love from relentless greed?

Avarice Licciardi worked for his father, Antonio – a greedy, loveless man who destroyed everyone in his way.  When Avarice met Charity, a woman with fiery red hair and the touch of an angel, he discovered there was something he craved so much more than his father’s money.  What he wanted was this woman.
When Antonio ordered his son to get the hidden papers in Charity’s estate, Avarice refused.  That was until Antonio threatened to go get the papers himself.  Knowing the brutality of his father, Avarice went to Charity’s estate, ready to protect her at all cost.  When she invited him to stay with her, he hoped to find nights of endless passion.  What he found was a hidden tunnel with incriminating mysteries far greater than hidden papers.

Charity Bohdan lived up to her name, giving her herbal medicinal treatments freely.  What started off as patching up wounds soon took a very different direction when she was being called to treat young women who’d been brutally raped and left pregnant.  She knew the risks involved with treating and re-homing these women, but until she could find the monster attacking them, she could see no other choice.
When Charity was called to treat a drunk’s wounded hand, she expected to find some elderly station hand.  Who she met was Avarice.  As she treated his wound, she couldn’t ignore just how handsome he was, or the feelings he stirred in her when their skin touched.  The more time they spent together, talking of Irish legends and going on picnics, Charity could feel herself losing her heart to him.

Together Avarice and Charity are forced to uncover secrets from the past that sicken their souls as an evil, greedy man threatens to tear them apart in his search for the evidence hidden in the Bohdan estate.
